From day 1 the leasing staff was incredibly helpful in all respects. They knew my name, apartment number, and always greeted me with a smile. Shortly after moving in, my vehicle was broken into and the stereo ripped out in the parking lot directly below me, while I was asleep. My entire apartment shook when the person below me shut his door, people stomped up and down rattling stairs all night long, and worst of all, I can sit in my sunroom and hear the footsteps of the people waling outside.

Several months ago my car was broken into again, this time the window was smashed out and the stereo stolen. The apartment manager was completely indifferent on the matter and his basic response was "you should make sure and lock your doors." The last robbery did set off my car alarm, but they ripped everything out before I could get out of bed and grab my keys to run downstairs.

The gates are rarely ever closed, at least one entrance is always broken in the open position. I have seen people sneak beside my building on many occasions and do drugs below my window, even during the middle of the day. Their parking lot lights and building lights often have bulbs out and you cannot even see areas that you walk in at night.

I would certainly not recommend this community to anyone who values their posessions or their peace and quiet.
