I am former Post Ridge residence (listed with a 100% rating for the last three years)
Please take that into consideration when reading my review. As I obviously came from a well maintanined community. It might have colored my view to a degree =)

Courteous Staff
Prompt Maintenance
Large Proportion Apartments
Animal Friendly Community
Convienent Location

Cons
Quality of Residents
ex: was awakened at 5 am to car being repossessed by wrecker and police in parking lot
residents riding motorcycles around complex at 2 am
Large amount of litter at Post Boxes
Residents smoking in breezeway...reeks of smoke (in my particular bldg)

Note: if you are a Tmobile Customer you will find virtually no service available on the 1000-12000 side of the complex. Major bummer!

I am not saying AMLI is not livable at all. Just wanted to give you the pros and cons of my personal experience.
