We had new neighbors move in below us. The music is so loud it shakes our walls and we can't live peacefully anymore. Calling the police and putting in complaints has only lower the disturbance to 1 to 2 days per week of annoyance. Come on in if you like your music loud!

Ditto to that - except it's my upstairs neighbor. Music is bad enough - you should hear all the stomping!
