I recently moved out of this place!! It has been the worst experience I have ever gone through. When we sinned the lease we asked our leasing agent to fill out the necessary paperwork to end the lease on the stated date (1 year from when we sinned the lease). Otherwise the lease will renew itself and never end. Our leasing agent said that he would fill out the necessary paperwork.

4 For months before the lease was to expire I called the font office and asked them if I needed to do anything to check out and end the lease. They advised me they would send a form to fill out but I was all set to check out.

I called the front desk again 3 months before my lease was to be over and re-requested the paperwork because I had not received it. She again said she would forward me the information.

I still had not received the information 1 month before checkout so I called the desk again and spoke with some one else. She advised me they had no record I was checking out and was required to give 2 months written notice so I would have to pay a fine of over $1,100. I advised them the written notice was given when the lease was exicuted and I had called 2 times to verify they had the info. She was VERY rude and advised it was my responsibility they received it and they can't find it so I would have to pay the fine.

Now my lease has ended and I still have not been able to get any information on how they arrived at this "fine" and they simply turned me over to a collection agency. If you are thinking about moving here PLEASE DO NOT!! Please learn from everyone else's bad experiences!!! The Staff can not be trusted and horrible to work with!!
