Recent Crime Wave

For the 2nd time in 3 months we've received notice from the apartment management warning of a rash of break-ins and potential danger to the community. Even so, the management refuses to make the controlled access gates operational. Yet they require you to purchase gate key cards at a rate of $35 per key at the time of lease signing. Additionally the quality of residents being welcomed to the community has deteriorated over the past year, most likely contributing to this crime spree in a once family oriented neighborhood. Management has made it clear that the safety of the residents is not their concern. Indeed, At the end of the letter we received, it says, your safety is your problem! WOW! While this place was pretty nice before 2007, it has taken a recent down turn. Look elsewhere. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I AM SO SAD TO HEAR THIS! Lived here from 2003-2004 and so totally enjoyed it...we even had monthly parties with the staff at the pool, where they raffled off gifts. Does this coincide with MARTA driving closer to Alpharetta...I think so!
