I moved recently to AMLI of Northwinds from another state. After being here for about a month, I am very unhappy after signing a 12 month lease. I have major Bug issues, my air conditioner did not work when I moved in and now that its fixed it still makes noises all day. If your not able get a apartment with a washer and dryer availiable or get your own right away. This is not the place for you, I went to do my laundry and could not believe how dirty it was. When living here they provide you with a gate card that can stop working at anytime, if you work late at night this could be bad. One night I sat outside for an hour for someone to let me in. The only alternative to getting in right away when this happens is to dial the phone number you provide and buzz yourself in. If you live alone and do not have anyone to do this its pointless. If you have a cell phone this would be a great number to use but you have to have a local number. The day I moved in I was not given my garage opener and my mail box key did not work. Please do not move here....

We know what you mean..we moved here earlier this year and have had one problem after another. Problems are OK if they are solved..but the office & maintenance staff here are exceptionally incompetent & dismissive. Buy your own bug spray like we did and tough it out. As long as the rent is not drastically raised we will stay, otherwise..there are a lot of other complexes to choose from
