When I moved here, It was great. Everything I wanted. The gates were removed and we had god only knows who was coming in an out of here. Roaches are a problem in the summer time in the breezeways and sometimes in the apartment :(} A lot of apartment breakins have been occuring around the neighborhood recently. Security comes and goes and often found sleeping on the job in late evening. Grounds are kept well but management needs to really enforce residents of leaving trash all around the place and neglecting to pick up after DOG!! There are several abandoned vehicles taking up spots in the neighborhood. Come on AMLI this is not what I moved into! Several areas of improvement needed.

This reviewer is exactly right about everything he/she said. Although I've never seen the security guard sleeping on the job, I hardly ever see him at all. The people at the office always say they still have a security guard every time you ask them, but I beg to differ. And as for the roaches: never had a problem with them until this summer. They must have stopped spraying around the buildings. The trashy grounds is a direct result of trashy tenants. It never used to be this way.

Thanks for the review, we almost finalized on leasing an apt until I read the review. The sun room, balcony, Tennis couts and pools r really attractive, but as I see the security seems to be a real concern, they have another set of apartments across the road with a gate, Do you feel that is safer the non gated one, may be I can ask for an apt that side, Please advice //Thanks
