Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I lived at Addison place for 2 and a half years.After 1 year I renewed my lease because it was close to work and very conveniant seeing that Atlanta traffic is real bad.They never offered to come and steam clean my carpets and even increased my rent and that after I renewed for another 1 and a half years.I moved out after my lease was over and now they say I must replace the whole apartments carpet.Now this is after 2 and a half years never been steam cleaned and with kinks in that you trip over every time.I asked them 4 times to come and fix it.Good luck getting your deposit back from these guys!!!!!!!
