Bad Place to live, too many problems to recommend

This complex has gone downhill to almost ghetto status. There has been alleged child molestation, kids threatening other kids with weapons, drug deals going down in the apartments, people exposng themselves, do I really need to go on' Also, the new property manager is snotty and rude. She treats residents with condiscending comments and discusses tenants business with others.
