We've lived there about a month and so far everything has been great. It's a beautiful townhouse apartment with a wooded view and porch in the back. Any maintenance issues have been addressed right away. It's a very quiet and peaceful community with nice ammenities (the gym is awesome). It's close to shopping, north point mall, and 400 is 10 minutes away. The office staff are nice and professional. Overall it's been swell! The only complaints I can think of are that the gates have broken once (but it was fixed right away, I think that happens because people try to slip in when the gate really only opens for one car at a time), the washers in the laundry room are small and $1.75 (but we're going to get a w/d set anyway) and that's not even a big deal. Other than that, we love Addison Place, I'd recommend it to anyone.
