Pros:
Well-maintained and clean except for pet poop (don't walk in the grass)
Spacious bathrooms
High ceilings
Unique architectural details
Cons:
Management/staff changes- new staff not as responsive/courteous
Small Closets/Kitchens
Very High Energy Bills-Poor Construction
Very Thin Walls-can hear arguments and barking dogs
Noisy Neighbors-Loud Music/Parties until 4am
Control Access Gate often left open
Many unattended children wandering around
