This is a great place! I lived in an apartment in DC for 8 years before moving here and had many complaints about noise. Now, I never hear anything from my neighbors on either side. The townhouse I live in is huge! The closet space is perfect for 2 people with a lot of clothes. I'm happy with all the appliances but I wish a washer & dryer were included. We are renting a set which costs $32 per month. The grounds are well-kept and the nature trail is great. The fitness center is fantastic, a lot of equipment and 3 televisions. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on in the area so traffic can be hectic sometimes. I think that could be the reason the gate at the front of the complex is incomplete. Many stores, including 3 grocery stores are very close and the library is within walking distance. I highly recommend Addison Place!
