I was going to rent an apartment at Addison Place, but to my suprise, my application was denied. Of course this was after they cashed my 300.00 deposit check. After 2 months of waiting and several phones calls to the leasing office, I still had not received my refund. When I called the office, they would always have to research the issue and call me back because apparently there is only one person, by the name of Stephanie, who is capable of resolving anything. Much to my disappointment, her idea of resolving the issue was to ignore my phone calls in hopes that I would simply go away. Going on the third month, I finally received my refund. However, there is a silver lining to this dark cloud. I'll be moving into my first home next month. While these apartments are very nice, I would steer clear of this property unless you enjoy having to deal with lousy customer service.
