We have been here for about 6 months. We are actually transferring from a 1 br to a 4 br next month. Ablsolutely no problems so far. Maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. The grounds are very clean and it is a quiet area. Hopefully the transfer will be easy. We like the area alot. And until we purchase a house it is perfect for us.

I didnt have a lot of problems when I lived there. But I agree with many of the posts here that they will try to gets as much of your money as possible when you move out. Several months before you move I advise that you go to Clark Howard and look at laws regarding tenants and landlords.
