I've lived in Addison place for more than a year now, and coming from the Property Management business, I understand how it goes on the other side too. Overall, Addison Place does a pretty good job. The grounds staff is great, and the property always looks beautiful. The gym is top notch, and I love all the closets!!! The only draw back is the price. It's a little too high, more than a lot of mortgage payments, but it is the nicest apartment I've lived in.
