I have been here a year. I have seen the property go downhill with the management change. I really had no issues like everyone pre Connor Group. But post Connor Group I have seen this property change for the worse. As I currently write this review, there is a mattress and piece of a dresser outside one of the complex buildings. It has been there for a week. The office hours changed mysteriously and the only way I found out was from going to the front office and seeing the paper on the window on the front door. The apartment complext recently switched water companies (apparently to the sister company of Conner Group) and my monthly water bill went up approximately 5 times what I normally pay, included is a 9.99 administration fee which baffles me. Im not going to complain about sawnee electrics because thats just what electric companies do although my bill did DOUBLE last month. The grounds are not as clean. Ive seen a large amount of algae in the pond and the other night as I was taking my trash to the compactor ....i saw SEVERAL rats. Mind you, the compactor is right next to the kids playground. I know of one tenant who's motorcycle was stolen. There were several car break ins, pre Conner Group and the front gate has been open since the Conner Group took over. I see this property going downhill ...thats why I will not renew. The bug problems are REAL. I mean if i have seen rats, then bugs cant be TOO far behind right ' Do not rent here until they clean it up. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I just moved out from addison place used to live there for 3 years. january I got robbed across from my building (24) with a pistol on my face every thing reported by police. In june last month I had my motocycle stolen honda cbr600rr red 2007, it was parking on the last spot beside of building 24... My name is jader amorim and used to live at 2432!!! every thing that I said had been reported!!

DO NOT PAY FOR ALL OF THE CHARGES ON THAT BILL!!! These charges ARE NOT SPECIFIED IN YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT IF YOU RENTED YOUR APT. PRIOR TO THE CONNOR GROUP TAKEOVER/PURCHASE!!!! You are ONLY responsible for water (and possibly sewer)!!!! If you'll notice - that bill is also charging you for NATURAL GAS. What appliance in your apartment uses natural gas??? NOT EVEN THE FIREPLACES ARE GAS POWERED! Please refuse to pay all of those "extra" RIDICULOUS charges!! All of my neighbors are not going to pay for fees that are not covered in their leases!! READ YOUR LEASE - ASK THE "OFFICE STAFF" WHERE IN YOUR LEASE DOES IT STATE THAT THOSE CHARGES ARE THE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY????
