I have been here for the last three years and will be moving once my lease comes due (if not sooner!). The apartments, facilities and grounds were very nice and a good value three years ago, but has steadily gone downhill and will the recent management change the place is falling apart and has become extremely expensive. As stated by the previous poster - The apartment complex recently switched water companies and my monthly water bill went up approximately 4 times what I normally pay, included is a 9.99 administration fee (apparently it is no longer individually metered!). The exercise facility, which was great 3 years ago, has become overrun by kids using the facility as a playground. The bug problem and rat infestation are real! I've seen several rats while taking trash to the compator and have had my apartment sprayed several times for bugs. The front gate is always open post Conner Group. Don't even think of renting here!

DO NOT PAY FOR ALL OF THE CHARGES ON THAT BILL!!! These charges ARE NOT SPECIFIED IN YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT IF YOU RENTED YOUR APT. PRIOR TO THE CONNOR GROUP TAKEOVER/PURCHASE!!!! You are ONLY responsible for water (and possibly sewer)!!!! If you'll notice - that bill is also charging you for NATURAL GAS. What appliance in your apartment uses natural gas??? NOT EVEN THE FIREPLACES ARE GAS POWERED! Please refuse to pay all of those "extra" RIDICULOUS charges!! All of my neighbors are not going to pay for fees that are not covered in their leases!! READ YOUR LEASE - ASK THE "OFFICE STAFF" WHERE IN YOUR LEASE DOES IT STATE THAT THOSE CHARGES ARE THE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY????
