IT IS SAD TO SEE ALL THE FICTITIOUS REVIEWS THAT HAVE RECENTLY BEEN POSTED. IT LEAVES ME TO CONCLUDE THAT THIS IS A DELIBERATE ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT THE NEW OWNERS. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND I AM VERY PLEASED THAT THE ROBERTS GROUP HAVE SOLD THE PROPERTY. I HAVE CHILDREN AND WOULD NEVER LIVE IN A PLACE THAT IS NOT SAFE OR RUN DOWN SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT COMPLEX YOU ARE DESCRIBING BUT IT IS CERTAINLY NOT ADDISON PLACE. I FINALLY FEEL LIKE I AM LIVING IN A PLACE THAT RESPECTS YOU NOT BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE A RESIDENT. THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE TO NON-WHITES. THANK GOD THE GARBAGE IS NO LONGER OVERFLOWING AND THE NEW OWNERS LISTEN AND ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TALKING ABOUT THE PLACE BEING RUN DOWN SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND COME OUT OF THEIR RACIAL CLOSET. THE CONNOR GROUP HAS SHOWN US THAT THEY ARE A MULTI-RACIAL COMPANY WITHOUT PREJUDICE. WAKE UP THIS IS A NEW DAY IN AMERICA WHERE VERY SOON THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN WILL NO LONGER MATTER BUT THE CONTENT OF YOUR HEART.

The color of ones skin has absolutely NOTHING to do with my former critique of Addison Place. Not sure how you would make any assumption on any of the previous authors skin color?
This past Sunday 8/24/08 mattresses laid at the dumpster, in the rain for over three days. Garbage was piled high and on the evening of Saturday 8/23/08 rats were crawling around the entire garabage area as it had not been taken care of. This had been brought to managements attention several times. Nothing has been done. Does it matter what their skin color is? Makes no difference to me.
There is no longer security or courtesy officers living on the site. Again, after several reports of children playing in the weight room and cardio room nothing has been done to keep unauthorized minors from playing in there. They are not allowed, but with no one any longer monitoring the common area (including the PARENTS of these children) they continue to play in an area that is clearly posted that they are NOT to be in. Does their skin color matter? Of course not! Management is to blame for letting the previous security staff go.
Because the previous staff was rude to "non-whites" don't turn this informative site into a racial issue. It doesn't matter your race. Trash, rats and disrespctful, unsupervised children are a huge problem in this community. Period.
Check your dates. MANY of these reviews were posted PRIOR to The Connor Group taking over. The new owners are doing a fine job discrediting the community on their own.

what ?? lets do one thing I will putthose reports on the board for every body see!!! u dont belive ok, my motocycle stolen, I got robed in january and every thing get reported ask the oficer thats live there! tuesday Ill post those reports ok??? I moved to there in may 2004. My name is Jader Amorim and u all will see those police reports!!!

The only thing fictitious on this page is the review by happyataddisonplace. It sounds as if it was written by someone working in the office or for the Connor Group. I definetly agree with EVERYTHING written by anonymous 8/29. This is not a matter of race but a matter of mis-management (or lack of management) by Addison Place. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Ugh I am shocked to read all the negative comments. Maybe they are right, maybe not, I don't know. I live in Addison's place and yes there are flaws, some issues and whatnot, but it doesn't seem so horrible to me, not yet anyway.

Are you kidding? What has the color of your skin have to do with anything. It doesn't. The apartments are pretty. However, the new billing system from Heartland Regional is the problem. Why are we now being charged for these extra things? I don't see any improvements being made to the apartments, etc. Why do I now have 2 electric bills and why did management choose to select now start having my water triple in cost because they now want to bill my apartment by square footage instead of actual usage. These people are not looking out for their tenants so why should I stay here and that's why I will not be renewing my lease.

Yeah, I bet they are a multi-racial company, with there favorite color being GREEN. I don't know what fantasy world you are living in or what type of drugs you use. For this complex to be in an upscale area, the service is terrible. If we wanted to pay these out landish fees, we would move into a home. There is always trash on the property, teens making out in the playground during daylight hours. We are paying for amenites that are not our responsibility. This place sucks and unfortunately, I was conned into thinking it was the best. Resort stlye living my a--. If I wanted to live in the slums, I would have moved there.

"I HAVE CHILDREN" - YOU ARE PROBABLY CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERWHELMING PROBLEM WITH CHILDREN RUNNING WILD AND, AS I HAVE WITNESSED - DEFACING THE PROPERTY AND THE CARS - LAUGHING THE ENTIRE TIME!
WOW - AND TO BRING UP THE RACE/SKIN COLOR ISSUE IN A FREAKING APT RATING POST....BIG HUGE CHIP ON YOUR SHOULDER...MOVE OUT ALREADY!!

This is obviously one of the lowlifes that everyone is talking about as a non white I am ashamed of the way the kids act here its people like you that let there kids run around unsupervised and cause all the problems here. If anything you are not only an embarrasment but a racist look around its not the "white" kids that are causing the problems. I fear everyday that my kids are going to hang with some of the loser kids in this complex and get in trouble but wait I actually watch my children so do me a favor stay here all you want we will move and be safe.
