Under the Better Business Bureau I noticed that the Connor Group has over 50 complains filed against them. Also, the City of Johns Creek has reports of complaints file against the property late December 2008 with regards garbage containers not being compacted and garbage pilling-up posing health concerns especially since this garbage containers are located around children play areas.
My experience since October 2008 has been dissatisfactory for lack of a worst word. The grounds are not maintained, building breeze ways are dirty and stained and gates not functioning most of the time. this is particularly an issue since the renter is billed for garbage at a rate of $9.99/month and security at $4.00/month hence paying for services are not being provided. I have given management an additional opportunity to address this issues and if not resolved within a reasonable time frame I will file a complain with the city and what ever organizations I need to get involved, inclusive of eye witness investigative unit for channel five.
There is no chance I will either recommend or attempt to renew any lease terms with this community as I do not see any steps or consideration for the Connor Group to improve their services. Johns Creek is an affluent area, descents families live hear and we expect services at par for the rates we pay to Addison.

DITTO!!! I have complete disdain for the Connor Group. They, in a deceptive manner, have you to sign this 'Utilities Addendum' which in turn subjects you to so many additional fees it is ridiculous!! My sentiments exactly on how poorly the services are provided!!! I was one of the complaints filed w/BBB. I have had a 'legal eye' to review the 'Addendum' because they know full well what they are going to charge for the stupid services, but they word it so it doesn't 'clue' you to it actually means. I was outraged when I got my first bill with all the addl fees. They are definitely fleecing us as residents. I too thought about calling a local news channel to spotlight Addison Place so anyone considering a move here will be aware of what living here entails. I am also curious to know if it is indeed legal to charge us all of these fees. Lastly, since you sign a contract and in turn are charged these ridiculous fees, I wonder if they can be charged with breech of contract. I HOPE SO!!!!!

NOt happy at all either. Signed short term lease. Not a chance In HELL I will renew my lease . Rent is high.Sservice is horrendous. club house is never clean! garbage is always outflowing. We complained about it with management and they made look as if you were bothering!, Staff is super rude!!!
Will never ever ever recommend this place to anybody unless they change management or the unfriendly staff!
PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!
