Keenya posted an ad on craigs list stating it will be $99 to move in. so I paid the fee and a few days later they wanted $1199 for a deposit and i paid it like a fool.
There advertisements are false. I did a move in inspection and the stove was dirty and rusty, the refrigerator was filthy and had mold in it and the dishwasher had black smut in it. Someone had used the master bathroom and did not flush the toilet
so you can imagine what that smelled like when number 2 is just sitting there. I reported everything to the leasing agents and they didn't see anything wrong with it.
I asked them to switch out the appliances but they would not so i requested my deposit back. The property manager just sits in the office behind the scenes and refuse to talk to anyone. Tim schneider whose over the property refused to change out the appliances. He is awful and he does not return phone calls. I am just wondering what kind of business is this. You would let a tenant leave than to fix the problem what an idiot. now they have a problem returning my deposit. These are the most shadiest people i met. You are collecting all this money but you cannot keep the pools up and the property clean. my suggestion would be get all new people in the office and get rid of connor group. Bad Business Keenya and the rest of you.

What you are saying is so true. I know someone who lives there, and they tried the deposit crap on her too. She had already signed her lease, so there was nothing they could do about it. I think asking for a deposit after the fact is a way of them pocketing the money. You should have this looked into, like get an attorney.

KENYA IS THE BIGGEST LIAR IN THE WORLD! These apartments are way over priced. Very small and just simply just not worth it. The people in the office are just plain dumb. A piece of ---- 2 bedroom for $1200 is absurd! Nothing fancy. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me to. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!
