GREAT For the money

hi ,
other than the consturction noise from across the street , everything is okay , the staff is great to work with and the maintenance is outstanding , buildings are clean one thing though is the balcony , the floor is just wooden beams that have 1 inch space in between and things can drop and fall to your neighbours .
