Is anyone interested in a good place to live'

We all need to make an assessment based not on one small incident, but on the whole of the services that are rendered, the compliance with Tenant/Landlord laws, universal moral law, and business ethics.
The issues are the symptoms of a greater problem, not just at this complex, or with a specific management company. The bottomline issue is of a greater magnitude than most are willing to ascertain and address.
The housing costs are increasing dramatically, and where do we all live in the Atlanta metroplex' Where can we feel safe and know that we as consumers are not being ripped off'
I believe that there is a simple solution to the dilemma that government has imposed upon us by immorally raising land values and property taxes, which create the backlash of increased costs to the rental property owners. The cost of maintenance is skyrocketing. Salaries cannot keep pace with the increases in government taxation and spending. If YOU as a renter want to STOP this insanity, you can contact Noperson2007@cs.com. I am confident that we can stop the miserable conditions in which we are forced to live.
