Expect WORST from Alara (former Archstone)State Bridge

WORST means: At ALARA's office they accept and keep your delivered parcel in their office, but never care to inform you that something is waiting for you. "Two DHL parcels in my case"
WORST means: When you take the mail note(telling about the incoming mail delivered to the office) from your mailbox to their office, they say "SORRY, YOU HAVE NOTHING, CALL THE POST OFFICE"
WORST means: High cost of water, believe it or not, even if you take shower with "bottled water", you may end up paying less.
WORST means: When you try to follow up with the water provider company, you will be subject to a late fee. Alara's office do not care how much you are paying, even they do not care how many times you have communicated to solve the problems.
WORST means: Laundry room with dryers who charge your card always , but dry your washed and moist clothes occasionaly. Solution' Take the wet clothes to your apartment, leave them under cieling fan!!

Water rates: welcome to John's Creek!! THe place has had water problem for at least 2 years. No explanation of why: there was a leak under the pavement and the cost was charged to residents.
