Other than water bill problems, my roommate and I have never had problems. Our neighbors are quite and our building is clean. Rarely did we have to go to the leasing office for anything. As I said before though, the reason we aren't renewing our lease is because of the problems with the water bill. The leasing office was willing to work with us because there's NO WAY one apartment could use $150 worth of water in one month. We are leaving only because we don't want to take any chances with them not working with us in the future since we had 4 extremely high bills. I suppose my only other complaint is that the maintenance didn't catch the reason for the high water bills until my roommate and I took it upon ourselves to figure out the exact problem and then have them fix it. Other than that, great place to live.
