People should not make assumptions or generalizations about a whole complex based solely on their experiences. For example, not all the apartments "Smell like DEATH". Mine smells just fine. And I don't have any mold in my apartment like all these people are mentioning. And of course the office staff is not going to treat you with respect if you don't treat them with respect. I love my apartment and I think the office staff is pretty helpful.

The people who are complaining must be living on some forgotten part of the property or something because I have not experienced the problems they have described. I am in the building that is closest to the office so that may make a difference but I love my apartment and I love my neighbors. The office staff has been really great (I'm nice to them and they are nice to me in return). Maintenance usually works on my requests the day after I submit them (sometimes even the day of). When I have a package, there is usually a note in my mailbox to come pick it up.

I would say that the only problem I've experienced is all the unrully kids running around after school but there is not much the management can do about that. Those kids are a problem because of their irresponsible parents. The one time that they were really causing a problem at the pool, a maintenance person came out and told them to leave. I was really impressed.

Overall, this is the best apartment I have rented so far.

I just HAD to respond to the "mold" issue and the comment that those apts. "The people who are complaining must be living on some forgotten part of the property or something"....EVEN IF THAT IS THE CASE .... DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A COMPLEX THAT EVEN HAS A "FORGOTTEN" PART OF THE PROPERTY? And you mention "ALL THOSE" people who are complaining...yes, there are several...so you really think it's a NONE ISSUE? Get over yourself... I was very, very nice to the staff...even joking about the numerous visits they had to make to my apt...UNITL THE BLACK MOLD made us so sick we could not stay another night in that apt! I was NOT offered another apt and I HAD AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE STAFF IN THE BEGINNING - IT'S JUST HOW I AM!! I am a professional middle aged adult who now earns a six figure income so I think I've been around the block a few times and I am definitely not lacking in the "smarts" department. Clearly YOU ARE....to write a post with so many contradictions ... geeze.. you make it sound like the "Alara St. Br. PROJECTS" are in the back 40 and that management just lets "THOSE PEOPLE" rot away while you "UPPER CLASS" located apts. deserve all the attention...THANKS FOR THE LAUGH YOU IDIOT!

Depends on how long you have lived in the complex. There are buildings on the property that probably need to be demolished and rebuilt. The buildings have deteriorated far more than what you have encountered so far. I'm sure management is trying very hard to improve the property's image.

Glindawitch you are hilarious. You lived there from 05-06 and now still posting bad remarks on the website. If you had such a good relationship with the staff then why did they not give a flying f u c k about you. I can tell that you are the arogant, cocky, self-involved kind of person that everyone hates as a neighbor. I am glad that you are a professional middle aged prostitute making six figures sucking CACK on East Ponce but you are obviously lacking something in the "smarts" department. If you make six figures why were living in Alara State Bridge? I guess your idea of a six figure income is 9999.99 HAHAHA I love laughing at your expense.

"People should not make assumptions or generalizations about a whole complex based solely on their experiences" Are you kidding me? How else are they going to form opinions? That's right...their living experience here. Moron.
