We've lived here for about a year and have had no major problems for the most part. I think problems like noise and insects, though there's no excuse for mold, really depend on the building and floor you live on. Maintenance can only do so much about insects, and noise is inevitable when you live in an apartment.

The only problems we've had- heating/cooling, trash disposal, and dishwasher- were quickly taken care of by maintenance, who've been quite friendly. However, my boyfriend's hubcap did get stolen, but that's a societal problem and doesn't have anything to do with management.

Though we're moving soon for work-related reason, we've enjoyed our stay so far.
