Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Every time you renew they will add atleast $$$ more. Unsupervisied children playing in the parking lot making damages to the car.
Also the electricity bill is always more no matter how you use it..Most of the time washer dryers are not working..

I would not recommned until there is no other option to consider..
