Worst place I have ever tolerated living at. Kristin and Jeb are two of the least helpful, least caring "staff" I have ever laid eyes on. Even went to the Regional, Lisa Baker, once. She could not care less. Promises on e-mail to call were complete lies. I would stay clear of any Ram Partner property in this area in they only care about their bottom line and actually I believe dislike their residents. Would never live in this slum again if you paid me.

I totally agree with you! I've had dealings with Lisa Baker as well and I can attest first hand to your statements regarding all the lies and false promises. Again, you are quite CORRECT in your assessment of ASB, RAM Properties, Jeb the maintanance "Supervisor" and Kristin, the leasing agent from HELL! Please think twice, or thrice, or whatever it takes for you to see the "REAL" Alara State Bridge, its deplorable living conditions, the inattention to tenant needs and the apathetic approach to tenants AFTER they sign the lease agreement!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!! KICK THE TIRES and LOOK UNDER THE HOOD - it will save you a mountain of grief!!!
