Terrible upkeep. Loud all throughout the day and night. Forget sleeping. Difficult to find parking and when you do have to walk sometimes from a building over and it does not help light are generally burned out and not replaced for weeks. Office staff is extermely unprofessional and generally have to request things 3 or 4 times from them to even hope for results. Managed by RAM which should have tipped me off since I lived at another communily managed by them previously. Do not know how they stay in business.

you live in an apartment...depending on what kind of requests you were making...im sure they probably had better things to take care of. the staff there is very sweet and caring.
