I lived in Amil at Windward Park for 5 years. I moved in when they were Jefferson on the Green and stayed until late summer of 2004. Yes, there was some noise; however, Amli Properties did not construct this complex, Jefferson from Texas did, so blame the paper thin walls on them. Also, I had noise problems with my neighbors upstairs and the management was very attentive to my concerns and even moved the family upstairs to another apartment. I agree there are a lot of ------- moving in. Had an issue with one, leaving garbage on balcony, informed leasing office and the next day the garbage was removed. Great Location right off Windward and you don't have to deal with the traffic in the Wal-Mart district!
