Good points

Excellent service , most/all of the service requests are finished in less than a day.

The grounds are kept clean for most part

Bad points

Wafer thin walls, you can tell how many times your neighbour flushes the toilet. Not very good thing when you are sleeping .

Very expensive community in alpharetta, the rent rates are way way too high


I have to move out as they were not able to give a good deal on a one bed room apartment, they didnt even consider i am current resident for the past 2 years. I would recommend living here still
