"I came relocating like you may be, I have to tell you this people at Archstone at Windward ( this is the new name the bought out Amli) are the worst in customer service, the rental office wants your lease and after that you are left to die. they do not care what happens to all tenants , they will lose your important mail, like they lost mine, they will treat your wife or yourself bad, your children. It is not definitely a place where you want to live at any moment of your life. If you are renting while you buy I recommend you look else where.
