Gates open all night

The main entrance gate remains open all night and closes during the day. We have told them about the situation for about 2 weeks. guess what'' it is not fixed yet. on top of that the entrance control panel is literally falling off the ground, so you have to get out of your car to be able to reach the control (maybe this is why they decided to leave the gate open to solve this problem, of course!!! very smart!!)
Awfull , plus many other things.. we are planing on moving out.
