Transition to Archstone not so smooth

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
AMLI was a good management company, but the transition to Archstone wasn't the smoothest. This is the third management company in 10 years. Not a bad place to live, but the walls are thin, and I can hear my upstairs neighbor when she walks around quickly. Foundation ants are a big problem in my building. Four of my co-workers live here, and we all think it's just okay. Very convenient to Windward businesses, three grocery stores and lots of restaurants within 3 miles.
