Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
Do not make the mistake of renting here if you plan on staying longer than the term of your lease. The lease renewal process is stressful to say the least. I received my renewal rates, and this is the truth, an increase of $120.00 a month!!!!
That would make my monthly rent for a third floor, one bedroom apartment, less than 900 sq ft - $881.00 a month!!!
