The apartment was clean when we moved in. Seemed well kept as far as apartments go. They also did a lot of improvements to the property while we were there. Impressive: Our garbage disposal broke and we emailed management. When I got home that same afternoon we had a brand new garbage disposal installed. They fixed problems in a timely fashion and we felt that we were treated with respect by management. We even broke our lease and left early because we bought a home and they were still wonderful to us. Yes its an apartment and you get all kinds of people from all walks of life but I felt it was a good experience overall.
