I like it here From: gapeach003 Date posted: 6/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   If you don't care about all of the extra useless crap they offer you at a brand new place you should rent here. The prices are awesome and the location couldn't be better. There is never traffic on Nesbit Ferry Road. I had a problem with a bad neighbor and the manager stayed on top of them until they stopped being a pain for me and everyone around me.
