dog ---- all over the place ..people throwing trash everywhere .These apts have become bad to worse the last couple of months. The only positive things about this place are Leasing staff and the price. They respond quickly to any maintenance calls . you can hear the upstair people taking bath .its so loud that it feels like you are standing under a waterfall or something

This is an older complex so I expected to hear some things. I can hear my neighbor in the shower too. I am glad maintenance has improved in the last few months after I got the corporate office involved with the problems I was having. I agree on the dog poo. My neighbor just got a puppy and there's poo on the walkway now. The prices are great and it's pretty quiet.
