Overall, not a bad place to live. Never had a parking problem, cause the place is slowly becoming vacant. I never had a problem with maintenance. I miss the Madison group. They were awesome. Now we have The Connor Group. They are slowly improving. I hate that they call themselves Luxury apts. Nothing about them are luxury.
This place is built pretty well, because it's old. I sleep pretty well, but I'm on the second floor. My biggest complaint is the quality of the interiors. EEEWWW!!! The cabinets are falling apart. They painted my counter top! So screwed up. Both of the toilets rock and the flooring is really old and outdated. I get horrible cell phone reception here. Other than that, just the typical complaints. Trash, dog crap,riff raff, drug dealers,poorly kept landscaping, trash overflow, etc, etc...
One more thing, make sure you have and keep all your paperwork. They make you put in a 2 months notice, even though the lease is up. Yup, I'm outta here!
