This was a nice place under Madison but the new owners have run this place into the ground. It is a literally trash heap.
I think the big problem is that Madison had some staff actually live in the complex and they cared about "their" community. Now it's a bunch of outsiders who seem to have never worked in a residential apartment complex before. They don't care one way or the other about the quality of life for those living here. The office is never opened especially during the first of the month when rent is due. They've changed the water/sewer provider so our bills have gone up an additional $10 for "fees". There is only one garbage compacter for the complex and it is only run during the workweek so by Sunday it's overflowing. There's now only one maintenance person so it takes forever for work orders to be completed now. And the kicker is that they won't tell you how much they are going to raise your rent when your lease is up until you agree to renew. Very shady!
