I am still living in this complex but will not be renewing my lease. The type of people living here has gone down. Maintenance is hard to come by. I have been waiting and for the dishwasher to be fixed, a hole in the wall to be fixed and a leaking toilet. Also, we now have to have a neighborhood watch program as auto breakins are getting pretty common.

Yes, the staff is nice but that's about it. We have seen new tenants come in and trash the parking lot, leave beat up cars in the parking lot with no tags and not much is done.

Oh, I almost forgot. Kids broke into the mailboxes and I had a box of Christmas presents unwrapped and a DVD stolen.

Needless to say, it ain't what it used to be.
