It used be very nice apt complex an year back and sometime then management changed and suddenly there is lot of trash everywhere. Leasing office people are nice but don't do anything unless told 2 times. Lot of break-ins and burgalaries are scary. There is no security, although there is two tennis courts, racquetball courts, swimming pool and fitness center. Laundary has been renovated after some thefts there also.

So there are pluses but safety may be big minus. Some good people living in there, one of them started neighbourhood watch programme which is nice because it is difficult to counter the problem than to run away from it. Rents and specials are good from time to time. Decide yourself.
