When I first moved in here it was wonderful, but it's been going downhill ever since. We have had to start a neighborhood watch to try and deal with the car thefts/break-ins and burglaries...I have had to deal with 2 cases of domestic violence involving immediate neighbors, my upstairs neighbors just skipped out on their lease, we've lost all but 2 maintenance workers, and ALL the old office team. The new leasing agent will tell you anything to pacify you, while lying through his teeth, and last weekend I had to contact child welfare because of neighbors who neglected their children to the point they were climbing in and out windows to get in and out of the apartment!

From talking to other residents, it is the general consensus that this complex was doing fine until we began being bombarded by new residents who seem to have all arrived via the Immigration and Naturalization Service, not to mention those who bypassed INS altogether and decided to come live here through a 3rd. party.(Do the letters IA ring a bell')

I could not, in good conscience, recommend this community to anyone and, hopefully, I will be leaving soon.
