It used to be a very nice place to live. But is is steadily going down the hill. The pool is not being cleaned and is now closed, car wash doesn't work, and, even though we live on the first floor, we get flooded during rains (from the ceiling). I affraid to go to the gym or walk after dark. We had several car and apartment break-ins. I will not extend my contract!
