Don't ever think of moving in

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Property has gone from bad to worse, crime has increased so much, burgalaries, thefts, car break in etc.

They charge everyone water and sewarage for the amount they think right, you don't have a choice and you have to pay whether you like it or not and amount is almost $50/month.
