I have lived at the Belmont for one and a half years. At first everything was good. Helpful staff, great location, good price. Then management changed and things seemed to go downhill. I was so displeased with the mgt and staff that I was considering breaking my lease. Then Lincoln Property Company took over [insert angelic music here] and things have gotten SO much better. EVERYONE of the staff members I've met has been friendly, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I even got a DECREASE on my rent for renewing my lease (which I did). Maintenance comes either the same day or next day after I put in a request. The apartments are spacious and well kept. They don't freak about putting holes in the walls, and the last time I asked, they said I could paint my walls. Everything is convienient to the apts, highway, library, restaurants, mall, shops, etc. Even the gas prices nearby are the best I've seen. I am very picky when it comes the where I reside, and this is the absolute BEST value I've seen in the Alpharetta PERIOD.
