My apartment is REALLY cute. The carpets were clean, new linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. The staff is really great, fun to work with, and genuinly care. I had a couple of problems (like any apartment). My front door neighbor is always loud and has called the cops on my downstairs neighbor (because he is a little cracked out at times)...but the good thing is the cops come REALLY fast! It was a harmless call. Also the firestation is one block away...so you do hear fire trucks from time to time.

My car might have been keyed in the parking lot, but I am not quite sure -- I was also in Buckhead the same night (I just got a new car...so that kind of sucked). When you get an apartment, though, you have to realize what is your responsibility and what is the apartment complex's. And also realize people are A LOT more likely to complain about a place then to write something good.

The maintenance guy (who is just the sweetest guy ever!) came out w/in an hour or two when I had problems (my toilet over flowed on my first day here, and my heat didn't turn on...but they were all very easy things to fix). It was really a great place to stay. They have redone all the exteriors. I would definitely live here again.
