I've lived here for a year. The apartment staff is friendly with the exception of one employee you will learn to not ever deal with on any matter or concern you may have at this apartment. The apartments look good, very well kept. Maintainence is very responsive. They recently done a lot of renovating. Nice quiet safe area. BUT.... I only have one complaint. The large increase on the rent. From $675 to $799 1 bdrm w/den
