This community has very impolite staff at the leasing office. They get angry and scream at the residents if the residents have any complaints. For something as simple as the laundry room's card not working, they do'nt bother to replace the card, but keep insisting that it works and the residents do not know how to use it. The office is open on Saturdays, but is manned by one person. And it is better not to visit on Saturday even to pay your rent, because of the impolite and rude behaviour. Rent receipts have to be demanded else they do'nt bother to hand one over. And ask them for one, you will find a big frown. The manager seems good and polite, however.
