I really do not know where to begin. First of all we had a major and I mean major roach problem. We had to start housing them in zip lock bags to show management. They would send pest control into spray what seemed to be sugar water..Only because it made the roaches stronger and more plentiful. We had a roach and mildew problem that made me and my children sick. We were bitten by several brown recluse spiders and had doctors bills as a result. Management was worse than terrible. They were rude and condensing. They would take maintenance request and not follow up with anything. We were great tenants and in our 18 month lease term we always paid on time!! We moved out on March 31st 2009 and turned in keys on April 1, 2009. Since moving out of that nasty filth pit, me or my chidren have not been sick and we would never ever want to refer them to anyone. The management was the absolute worst and maintenance altho they always came, never really knew what they were doing. Seriously they all came one day to fix a light problem...When I would cook the lights would all blow..LOL..Seriously. They finally found a problem was with the wring in the smoke detector...Sound scary' Well 10 maintenance guys later, yes 10.. They sent ones from other properties because they did not know what they were doing...WOW!! They got the lights back but left all the kick plates off the wiring sockets and the ventillaton fan in the bathroom never worked again! I never called them back because shortly after I found out the numerous home envasions that were taking place around me was maintenace involved..It was a jungle from the beginning...DO not move here...The property manager is -----------. She acts so full of herself...Go to the -------- and watch her after hours..It is disguisting the display of professionlism she has portrayed of herself and her community...
The ----- will make you vomit!!
